At Twig + Tale, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on physical goods to ensure your creative journey is a success.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unwashed, and uncut condition, then securely pack them with the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
