Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an immediate download link via email. You can also access your files at any time by logging into your account on our website.
Do you offer international shipping for physical goods?
Yes, we ship our physical collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and selected shipping method.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of digital products, PDF patterns are non-refundable. For physical goods, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition.

Can I sell items made from your patterns?
Yes! Small-scale home sewists are welcome to sell finished garments made from our patterns. We simply ask that you credit Twig + Tale as the designer.
